Customer service has bounced me all over the place for months.  I have spent hours on hold getting transferred.  First, I was having issues with both phones getting reception.  Finally... a manager told me to send the phones back and they would waive the early termination fees since I was a long time customer.  I returned the phone... thought it was all resolved.  Then I received a notice from NCO Financial Systems stating I was going to get reported to the credit bureau.  This is bullshit.  I have never had a ding on my credit report and it is close to 800 last time I checked.

I called into customer service on October 11th... got transferred all over the place.  I was told, "We have to search for the phones... we cannot find them... we will call you back within the next couple of days."  No phone call back.  Then I received another letter from NCO... I called them on November 5th at 7:10 p.m.  They said... we show that you were charged an early termination fee... not for the phones.  They made me call into sprint... I have now been on the phone for 43:55 and been transferred to 5 different people.  The fourth told me... oh... they called you today to tell you they were denying the credit and they can't find the phones.  I asked what time they may have called... they said... oh... at 7:24 p.m.  Um... it is 8:03 p.m. right now.  So... the manager must have decided to call while I was on the phone with customer service?

Upon the advise of my attorney... I have filed the following complaint with the FCC.  I will have him follow up and send Sprint his bill.

Dmitri
