In September of 2010 I was talking to a young woman about dating and this way ended when I had to serve a trespass warning on her father. He was way out of line and acted like his daughter was a kid not 23 years old. He apparently hired this guy spydept.net. After a long series of events I finally caught this guy at my rental property. A year latter. Really.

I have gone to the Calhoun and Lexington county Sheriff and they both say there is nothing they can do. This guy is operating out of a Barnes & Nobles bookstore. According to state police he does not have a private investigators license. He has not been arrested yet because of jurisdiction. He has also pretended to be spydepot.net out of Ohio, and now goes under the name jade-foto.mobi. That last internet address does not exists. He has broken several laws but has not been charged yet. He may have also hacked my phone, email, and face book.

I know the author of the original report. His name is Eric Williams and he works for Tire Kingdom and he is a complete d*ckhead. I used to work with him and his paranoia knows no bounds. I have no doubt that the owner/s of the website/s reported are probably innocent. I'm just waiting for Eric to be committed.

Let's take these things all in order...

1. SpyDept.Com (not dot net) was a website I ran in order to sound out possible business opportunities offering debugging.
2. Jade-Foto.mobi was a photography website I ran in order to sound out possible business opportunities as a photographer.

I know nothing about spydepot from Ohio. No connection and I have never made any claims about it.

Both websites were axed a while ago as they never generated any inquiries at all.

As far as the reviewer's dating attempts, I have no comment other than what he's written seems to be paranoia and I would suggest seeing an appropriate mental health professional.

I dislike intensely that he's seen fit to put a photograph of my vehicle on the website and regard this as an intrusion to my privacy.

As far as being "caught" on his rental property, I have no idea what that's all about since I don't actually know the guy and have had no dealings with him. Ditto that about the computer hacking and all that load of poppycock.

No - I don't have a Private Investigator's license as I don't need one. I don't actually do any Private Investigator work and never have any intention of so doing.

As far as breaking laws, the only law broken so far are those of slander/libel by the author of the ripoff report.

Essentially what we have here is a ripoff report filed against essentially a hobby website that has done no trade whatsoever. I am utterly baffled by this and wonder if the same individual responsible for this was responsible for obscene messages I have received on my phone.

I am puzzled by the venomous words of the author and the way I seem to have been tracked down all over the internet and had anonymous nastiness sent to me online.

This individual also wrote to the people I work for, making strange allegations that my employers just plain laughed at. Their concern was for my personal safety as it seems according to them that I am a target for a deranged individual. I just hope that the guy is actually harmless and been put up to this wild goose chase by somebody who's having a laugh.

I have nothing against this individual. I have no connection to him. I wish he'd just go and find something constructive to do other than pestering me wherever I go.
