DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, EVEN ENTERTAIN THE POSSIBILTY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.MY HUSBAND AND i LEFT A 2000 CASH DEPOSIT THERE FRIDY NIGHT, MOSTLEY FOR THE CAR SALES GUY ROBERT, TO SHOW WE WERE SERIOUS, HE EVEN SAID "YES DO PLEASE". WE GOT A RECEIPT, THE ONLY REASON WE DIDN'T BUY THAT DAY, IS THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE A DODGE IN THE PRICE WE NEEDED, SO THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL U S A FORD. THE NEXT DAY WE WENT BACK TO GET OUR MONEY AS WE HAD FOUND WHAT MY HUSBAND WAS LOOKING FOR ELESEWHERE. WHEN WE ASKED FOR THE MONEY BACK, alex< THE MANAGER HAD SUPPOSEBLY JUST LEFT, HE HAD THE CASH, WE HAVE GOTTEN MISCOMBATULATED STORIES.

 

LONG STORY SHORT TODAY SUNDAY , HE REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK TO US, HE RUINED US, UN EVERY WAY, i CAN'T SAY ENOUGH

I need to set the record straight, Robert, the sales guy was the best , that you could ask for, I wanted to buy from him so bad, becuase of his dedication, and his professionalsim, and effort. Not once did he presuure us, or lie, or over promise! It was the companys business ethic, that drove us away, NOT Robert.

So if I get what you are saying

You were at this dealer, and because they DIDN'T have a car you wanted, you figure you would just hand over $2000 cash to show them that you are serious about buying this non-existant car.  But then because you are so serious in wanting to do business with them, you continued looking and found the car at another lot and now want this deposit you gave the back.

Now, you got a "receipt".  But what did this receipt state?  Did it say it was for a deposit?  Did it say it was refundable?  Did it give any terms for a refund?  Did it give the terms how it must be refunded?

What are these "discombobulated" stories they are giving you?

No, and before you say it.  I do not now or have ever worked for this dealer.
