I am outraged at these companies that are scamming people out of there money! I was charged 14.95 for something I have no idea about! I was told by my bank I have to come fill out a form and they will investigate. I asked if I could just put a block on my accoount for any transaction that comes through from this particular company and my bank said yes, but it will cost me $33.00 bucks!

Does anyone know how to reach a live person from this company? The phone number I found is useless!
