First off if you would like to see the real report that this lady sent to the website she found me on before she asked for $300 back that she never paid for, I have no problem showing you. A couple days before we finished up her job she had an irrigation guy come and bid and he said it was a $5000.00 job. I have no problem with tha but what I do have a problem with is someone who asks for money back on work that was never paid for in the first place. The agreement at the first of the job was (If she wanted it at the end then we will add it on.) The table she was talking about in her bogus review that is. Yes my saw fell out on the way home and I never asked her to replace it. I really thought it was cool when they did is why it surprized me when her and her mom started acting this way after the fact. The cheesecake deal did'nt happen because she said her mom couldnt eat it because of health issues and I said I could make a suger free one and they said thanks but dont worry about it. So I didn't. And the deal with my daughters is RIDICULOUS To say that I said they work for me. At that time they were 14 and 16...REALLY... What I said is that in the summer my youngest likes to help at times.... Now... to the Letter and $150 that I sent to her. Yes I sent her half of the 300( why I really don't know but I did) with a letter that explained how they were acting was Rude. Now if she did not get it then how did she know I sent it. There is another false statement HUH. Of course she is gong to say she did'nt get it. She's trying to make herself look like the victum as much as she can... Problem is she's LYING on some of the details to make it look worse then it really is. Now lets talk about the money and how the job got paid for. At the first they told me they had a budget and asked if I could work with it. Of course I said yes and told them we will build it as big as we could for the money aloted. Also it was understood that the first half would cover the 250ft plus fence and then at the end of that wave we would start the deck with the other half of the payment. She had no problem with that because we were working with a budget right. Thats what I thought. I have no idea why she is slamming me on managing money on the job. That is Totaly False. She knew from the start thats how we were doing it. In the other review on Thumbtack.com (site she found me on) she says I'm like family and so happy with the job.. ( Don't take my word read it for yourself... It on Thumbtack.com and the review is under Stephanie A. If you go read it you will laugh at this bogus review on this site. I have more to say about this but not going to. Hopefully ya'll see though this lady and overlook her PETTINESS.  Thank you for reading.. The one thing out of 19 years of working for myself I have learned you just can't make everyone happy no matter how much you bend over backwards for them. There are just those kind of people out there and there is nothing we can do about them. Have a Good day
