 This hospitals dr made a huge mistake with a huge needle polking it four times into my back and on the fifth time, violently shaking and screwing it into my spine Destroyed my quality of life in all areas and left me in chronic pain and limitations to deal with from this mistake! The hospital was made aware of the events that took place right away multiple times as well as my my dr that I saw at that location and failed to care about what they had done to me.... This hospital left me with lasting damage that took away my quality of life!!!
