I shipped a package in 2011 and they some how have been taking $15.99 from my account since.  Now the card expired and they sent me a message that they needed the new number. They refused to pay me back and I gave them some nice names called the fraud department at the bank.

Sounds like you signed up for the trail period back in 2011...

AUTHOR: Ken - ()

How in the world did it take you THREE YEARS to realize they were charging you?  They got your original credit card number when you signed up for the trial.  After the trial expires, and unless cancelled, they continue to bill you.

No, I don't work for them and it looks like YOU ripped off YOU.

"They refused to pay me back and I gave them some nice names called the fraud department at the bank."

It's NOT fraud and you DID agree to the terms when you signed up.  You should, instead, be calling yourself names for not reading the terms of the agreement.
