Has been charging a deactivated credit card for nearly a year after I cancelled service. I get a notice that I owe almost $200 for a service I dont' use. To continue charging a card after the account has been cancelled, AND after the card has been deactivated (a year ago!) is criminal and intentional. I can't imagine any modern company that would do something like this.
