I signed up for their free trial and canceled before the supposed billing time. My account was NOT canceled and they have been billing me for the last 7 months. There is no option to cancel on their web site. I can never get through on their number to speak to anyone. They have never sent me any correspondence or statements they just keep taking my money. I will now have to cancel my credit card to stop their criminal activity.
