Paving Scam

Please be advised that a company, claiming to have done business for over 40 years in the Hudson Valley of New York by the name of Stanley Young & Sons Paving is targeting business (possibly homeowners too) in a paving scam. They arrive in trucks at your business/home claiming that they have leftover asphalt from a job they "just finished" and will patch up your driveway for a great rate.

What you get is an incomplete lousy job, and men demaning thousands of dollars in cash for services rendered. This happened to me last week. I am a single woman/business owner and they made me feel very uncomfortable and threatened. They ripped me off of over $8000.00.......DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT SELLS DOOR TO DOOR>>>>>Please do not do business with STANLEY YOUNG & SONS PAVING from the Hudson Valley of New York. They have several addresses and phone numbers from all over the area, so don't be deceived!!!

Need Information

AUTHOR: Jon - (United States of America)

Pat,

My father was also ripped off by the same guys in Wappingers last November. We are working with a member of the attorney general's office right now. Hopefully we can recover some of the money we've lost. If you have information please email me "cowboy4ev2@gmail.com" In order to get a subpoena we need three people to complain and so far I've been the only one in the area. I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

Sincerely,

Jon

What goes around-comes around....

AUTHOR: Duane - (U.S.A.)

In no way do I wish to infer that something as tragic as that which I am about to quote is any form of justice....The following excerpt is from our local newspaper, today's edition.

"Police identified the man killed in a fiery fatal accident Sunday night on Route 302 as Stanley Young III, 35, of Montgomery.

Police are still investigating the accident, but said speed appeared to be a factor.

Young lost control of his Dodge SRT pickup truck just after 8p.m.on Route 302 near Ayers Court, police said. The truck skidded sideways and traveled about 100 yards before slamming into a tree in the front yard of a house, police said.

Police, firefighters, and ambulance crews arrived in minutes and found the truck engulfed in flames. Young had been ejected and lay near the wreck.

Firefighters fought to extinguish the fire, hampered by the explosion of what police described as "several" rounds of ammunition in the wreckage, ignited by the inferno.

Police were still sifting through the ashes yesterday, trying to determine what type of ammunition it was, and whether there were any weapons in the car. An autopsy was performed and police are awaiting the results of a toxicology test to determine if drugs or alcohol played a part in the wreck.

Young, owner and operator od Stanley Young and Sons Paving, died at the scene....

By a grim coincidence, Young was due in State Supreme Court yesterday to face questions about his business."

What goes around-comes around....and what comes around may be even worse....
