stanton optical, mike, eric and kathy roland BAD customer service, no follow thru, not knowledgeable fair oaks California

 we have been dealing with Stanton optical since April 2013. when my husband went in to get an I exam and be fitted for new glasses the gentleman measured his eyes wrong. We live 40 miles from the store. We went to pick up his glasses and they were incorrect and had to be fitted for a new pair. this took another 4 days and another trip to pick them up. We have had 3 pair of glasses fixed and had to pay for them each time. they are supposed to be scratch resistant. Not true. We have a list documented of telephone conversations with people at the Fair Oaks Stanton optical where they do not call back. Days will go by without getting call backs.

We have called the store many times and been left on hold up to 20 minutes several times.we have probably driven over 400 miles dealing with getting our glasses fixed. RIDICULOUS!!!! We took his glasses back in october because they were both scratched. Eric, the manager promised they would be fixed and shipped to us within 5 days. Within 2 days we got a call from Brittany and she said our glasses were shipped 2 days before we even came. I called them back and they couldn't even find the order. 3 weeks later we received 2 pair of glasses and they were crooked had not been straightened to even fit his face.

Then we noticed that both pair of lenses were mounted to the frames crooked. He has blurry vision and headaches. We have been working now 2 weeks trying to get this fixed. I have contacted corporate office and spoke to Kathy Rollan and she said she would call the general manager of this area and the manager at the store. it's been a week I have not heard back from her. We left a message again regarding this matter with Michael at the store. Still no call back. This is a short version of what we have been through with them. This has been a joke.This is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. Do not attempt to buy glasses from this company. They area JOKE
