Jim at Starr roofing in Marble Falls is unethical. Tells buyer they need a new roof when not necessary. Will look at the rest of the house (like an inspector would do) and makes uneducated, unethical statements about the condition of the house in order to scare you and get your business.
Avoid at all costs.
There are lots of good roofers in the hill country and this is not one of them.
Beware.

 This customer requested our company to submit a proposal to replace their roof. Starr submitted a free estimate, the customer was not charged any fees. Starr did not perform any work. This complaint is unfounded and without merit.
