#1 Consumer Suggestion
Just file a written dispute with your bank for "unauthorized charge".
AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

This is very simple to fix.
Go to your bank in person and tell them you need to file a dispute for unauthorized charge.
This must be done in writing in order to protect your rights.
DEMAND to see the "authorization" for this charge.
You most likely authorized this charge somewhere without even knowing it as these things happen all the time due to people not reading the fine print or paying attention. Many purchases you authorize, start a subscription for something or follow up automatic purchases.
I can see that your grasp of the English language is very poor, so you would be more susceptible to this sort of scam.
You should NEVER use your checking account to make purchases online or over the phone. Always either write a check or use your debit card.
