on feburary 24th i ordered 22 roman numerals and he sent me what he thought i wanted not what i asked for. i said sets well i phoned him and he agreed to send me the right stuff but what got me was what he said was no questions asked. i would have sent him back the junk he sent once i receive what i paid for. to send him them now i would be out and he would have it all no. the man is a scam artist. i paid by visa which i called his email is steebar.com phone 908 204 0095 this guy has to be stopped how i don;t know but there are so many people who he has ripped off its only 35.00. the point is how many more will he get before he is stopped thankyou

This report is almost completely illiterate but I THINK you are saying you received the wrong product from this guy and he wants you to return the wrong product before he sends the new product.
If I decoded that correctly, that's the way it's usually done. Most companies will not send the new product until they receive the old product. Most companies even require an RMA which then allows you to track your return easier. This is for obvious reasons, many people would get the new product and just keep the old one also. It's a reasonable request and you have not been ripped off at this point.
Some companies will 'cross ship' but even that is not common in my experience.
