I ordered a sample of Lipo Plex, they sent it to me. They sent me another package in the mail, I refused it at the PO as I had not ordered anything from them. They still charged my credit card $99.95 and refuse to issue a credit.

I called and spoke to an "Adam", employee #100358. Which is probably not his real name, also he gave me a fraudulent address for his company.

Anyway, they cannot issue credits as they have no way too, apparently...according to Adam. Once they ship out a product they have no way of receiving it back and again, they cannot & will not issue a credit to my card.

I informed "Adam" that I was going to turn the company into the Attorney General as this was BS...their policy and shipping product that wasn't ordered and not issuing a credit. I don't know how people like this live with themselves.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

Adrian, you DID order it, whether you realize it or not.

Adrian,

When you ordered that "free" sample, or reduced cost sample, you authorized future shipments. You need to fully read all fine print when making an order for anything. Especially something that is "free".

You always have to sit back and ask, how much is free going to cost me?

As far as the credit card charge goes, you are being lied to.

Under FEDERAL law, ANY credit card charge can be disputed within 60 days of the first billing cycle of the charge.

It is best to do this dispute in writing, and by certified mail, return reciept requested. Put the certified# on the letter itself and keep a copy for your records.

FYI..ALL merchants who accept credit cards, can issue refunds.
