TO All Readers, Beware of this company, This is my story, I started to look for funding and was solicited by a guy named Rich Bloomfeld - 631-219-2864 who advertises on craigslist about honesty an integrity and how he and his partners Stella Capital Funding who he is a broker for can obtain funding for clients of between 200-300k in less then 60 days,he then sends you to this guy Mike which he says is his partner in Stellar Capital Funding, turns out Rich is a middleman and just gets you to Stellar to be scammed of in my case $1500.00. Mike 480-719-5360 takes you from here, once you pay your $1500.00 he looks at your credit through credit check total, after that he then tells you that your credit report needs repair and it will cost you an additional $1700.00 to repair this, then this is where it gets unlawful, he tells you to go to the police and file a police report for idenity theft, (i of cause said isnt that illegal?) he says no we do it all the time this way the credit bureaus know we mean business and they have to remove it.
Well i started all of this on 3/1/2013 and 60 days for my funding i was promised is way past and i still have poor credit and no funding this Stellar Capital Funding Mike,and Rich Bloomfeld are nothing but a scam team they have no credit repair service or funding programs they probably have scamed numerous clients out of millions and i write this today so you the readers are not next, i have filed a police report about this scam and went to court to file papers which they will be served with, and filed numerous complaints with the local authorities,as well as the FTC,BBB,Comsumer Protection to name a few and now i write to you the readers of RIP OFF REPORT to advise you to be aware of these people who scam us of our hard woring monies, So i tell you to stay away from Mike from Stellar Capital Funding and Rich Bloomfeld who resides in Long Island NY and advertises daily in NY craigslist as well as others areas, his listing tells you he is honest and has integrity but that is anything but true he works for a company that is anything but honest.....MARK
To all call Mike or Rich and tell them what you think, or write on this of anyone else that has gotten taken by these crooks i like to talk to you leave me your number.....Mark

Just days before this posting by Stephen G, he threatened Stellar with defamation of Stellar's business reputation if Stellar did not get him financing. Since Stellar is not a financing company, this was an impossible request. Apparently Mr. G. is simply using internet defamation to not pay the $1700 he owes Stellar and as means of extortion and harassment. Legal action will be brought against Mr. G. for such unorthodox tactics. In the meantime, Stellar would like to clear up four basic false statements made by Mr. G.:
a. "Rich" a broker is not a partner, affiliate or in any way connected to Stellar (Rich had only referred us once before)
b. Stellar is not a finance company and never lends money - it helps people with credit issues.
c. Stellar improved Mr. G.'s credit rating by over 200 points from March 2013 to Oct. 2013 and with their efforts had over 100 negative items removed that showed up on his credit reports.
d. Mr. G. signed a contract with Stellar that informed him that we are not a financing company and we don't guarantee funding from any third party; he also signed a contract confirming his representation to us that he was the victim of identity theft. Of course, we tell all such victims to file a police report. (If he was not such a victim then he lied to us and perjured himself to the police).
Stellar Capital Funding, LLC is a hard working company dedicated to helping people with credit issues and has never had any complaint filed against them. Although we do assist people in helping people meet lending institution criteria, we ourselves do not provide loans and cannot guarantee that you will get funding with an improved credit score. We can however guarantee that your credit report will be improved with our services or you do not pay.
