STEPHEN BARING TEMPUS SUISSE HEMAL PANDIT STOLE OVER $8000.00 FAKE WATCH SOLD ABSOLUTE CONMAN LONDON

this man is an absolute conman and thief.  i had purchased 3 watches from him.  the 3rd watch ended up being a fake.  luckily a watchmaker who maintains my collection for me, noticed some details that were concerning to him when it was delivered from london.  it was then looked at by 2 other watchmakers, and they confirmed the same.

i immediately contacted baring, and he said he was sorry, and he would return the money immediately.  he asked me to return the watch.  the next day i returned the watch via certified post, and it was signed for and accepted back.  he called and said he had received it and he would return the money.

weeks started going by and no money, and he began hiding.  finally after many weeks of this, he finally responded.  he claimed that he had a "nervous breakdown" from getting caught stealing from others.  he swore that he would return the money as soon as he recovered from his breakdown.  

needless to say, i was flabbergasted.  i was now out the watch and the money.  in 2 further conversations, he advised me that i am "lucky", because he could have stolen more, but he refrained from it.  he also told me that he was "annoyed" by my anger at being stolen from, and i was lucky because he was even taking my calls.

this man is a predator.  after finding out, post-fact to my being victimized, that he has done this to many others, over many years, i was determined to seek justice.  he uses a very similar modus operandi, in reading other victim's statements, in that he will perform a valid transaction or two, and then steal on the 3rd or 4th time.  this way he builds confidence with his victim.  hence the reason a conman garners his name through confidence building.

i sought legal remonstration in the courts, and i have been successful in winning a judgment against stephen baring.  i am in the process of executing the judgment against him.  he will continue to perform these transactions against unsuspecting folks i am sure, so i hope this will serve as a warning to others.

it is predictable that he has attacked the other folks who he has undoubtedly stolen from also through this website, and that is why i am standing with those other victims against his predatory behavior.  he is an experienced criminal, and he would like the public to believe that many people from countries all around the world all complain about him stealing, but it must be a conspiracy against him?  it is laughable and ludicrous.

i hope that others seek their day in court, and he is put behind bars for being a criminal that continues to practice his craft on an unsuspecting public.  it would be nice if scotland yard got off their behinds, and actually did their jobs.  and yes, i did contact them, but it is actually the NATIONAL FRAUD SYSTEM, in the uk, that has been the most help.
