I'll make this simple for everyone, you've probably already read countless reports about this man and his companies, so by now you probably just need to use your best judgment. Dr. Stephen Cosentino is a bad individual, and I regret the very day that he came across my life. From the moment I started working for him, I saw that the company was sketchy, I was only working there for about a week when I saw 3 employees come and go without explanation. And it was never a peaceful "I'm sorry, things aren't working out, we'll have to let you go" type of thing, it almos ever ended up in a bad argument, with Stephen screaming and calling the person out and almost throwing them out the door, threatening to call the police for absolutely no reason.
Working conditions are pitiful, people work the hours he wants them to work, if you are 10 minutes late all hell breaks loose, but try leaving on your regular work hours and he flips off and starts screaming. If you think working late at Empire Medical Web, Rx Medical Web or AAOPM, means you get overtime, think again, to get compensated for your regular hours is already pulling teeth. And when I say overtime, I mean whole weekends, 3 hours after your regular hours or more. All this while Stephen himself only shows up 3 times a week, and when he shows up he comes in after lunch time, and sits on his desk coming up with stupid ideas on how to make more money screwing over clients. And the list of those ideas is gigantic, from promotions with prizes that never existed, to satisfaction guarantees that make you think you can try the company out only to reveal that there are absolutely no refunds ever if you don't like it and try to get your money back.
Some of the doctors that teach the courses are the same doctors that were taking the courses only a few weeks back, but if you look on the website you'll only find "SPECIALISTS" on the faculty page. His accountant William Horninger is also one of the teachers. You read it right, his ACCOUNTANT teaches doctors how to practice medicine, all this without a medical license, there's even a lawsuit going on about that, where he injected a patient and inflicted permanent damage.
While I worked for him I felt disgusted at the things he did to his customers, this goes without saying but I hope he shuts his doors soon so no one else has to suffer only to help this man live a lifestyle thats incompatible with his reality.
