Steve & Karen Green (dept Of Motor Vehicles-osi) (mesa Police & Detective Dept) ripoff, criminal fraud, forgery, forged my name at dmv with unsigned title for a $13.000 harley davidson. transfered all in there names, police pull me over made me give them my bike,, Mesa Arizona

my case, I borrowed $1000.00 from a so called friend about six months ago or so. Out of good merit I let him and his "wife" The " mastermind " hold my UNSIGNED title for a 1992 Harley davidson heritage soft tail.

I also signed a note that said I would pay back the loan in payments, no problem. I did make a few payments, $150.00 worth. I lost my job due to company layoffs. I explained all to him and his wife, they said not a problem pay when you get back on your feet.

Well a couple of months went by, I am still looking for work. I bought my bike last Feb,the 2004 for the amount of $12.500 cash that my father left me when he died. Which was in Jan-2004.

I miss my father dearly, Well, the crooks that they are went down to the dept of motor vehicles with the note and the unsigned title, was able to transfer all, title, registration, ownership in there names.

Shortly after they did this, unaware I got pulled over from mesa police dept, with them right behind them. They get out of there cars with all the paperwork and tell police that's there bike. I am in shock, mesa police made me give up my bike to them.

A couple of days later I make a police report, It has been ( 3 ) three months now and still nothing is being done for me. I have been talking with mesa detectives who was assigned to this case for the last three months. they have, and wont do anything to help me get my bike back, they just keep saying well you gave him the title. " unsigned " they obviously are not going to help.

During this time I called these so called friends " GREEDY CROOKS " on the phone and said, I have the rest of your money which is a balance of $850.00. lets meet, they laughed and said thanks and hung up the phone.

The next day I call again, I get a recording saying due to the subscribers request this # will not take incoming calls. NOW!!!!! they are just being crooked. I let mesa detectives know this they still do nothing. I go down to D.M.V. O.S.I. " office of special investigations ".

I request a title history, they FORGED my name on title. I'm telling the detective at osi that's not my signature. He says to me its close enough for me, I hit the ceiling, then he shows me his clerks stamp of witness signature.

He is telling me and my
fiancee, that his clerk says I signed off my title to my bike to these people. I right away tell him you need to arrest these people. This is FRAUD it was not me there. He then tells me no case here. I do have copies of the titles in question.

I need a lawyers help. I've got documented proof of forgery etc!!!!! I want to sue the mesa police dept, Also DMV " OSI " DEPT. My opinion, I say there's a cover up.

Mesa Police also says they have no record of me being pulled over that day I made to turn over my bike. I also said to osi detective I want to see the video tape that day of me this person signing over my bike, that I miss very much. He says we are not that sophisticated yet. I had enough.

PLEASE, I need a lawyer that will see what I'm talking about, this is not right.
P.S.-- PLEASE, CAN SOMEONE HELP?? I HAVE MAYBE A WEEK OR SO BEFORE OSI DETECTIVE JAMES LIFTS THE HOLD ON TITLE. THEY WILL SELL MY BIKE. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THESE OFFICIALS WONT BELIEVE ME. ALLS THEY NEED IS HANDWRITING EXPERT.
