Complaint 1: Issue with Product- The laptop the Computer Science Student received is not well suited for the classes that we taking. The computer kept locking up and freezing. It was claimed that the computer was valued at $1,200, I found 6 retailers back in Oct 2011 that were selling them for $300. The books we were using were outdated and did not teach Object Oriented Programming well enough to get a job as a programmer when we graduated. The president and recruiters were pulling the Instructors out of the classroom when they were supposed to be instructing.

Complaint 2: Billing- The program I signed up was for 30 to 36 months. I completed it in 24 months because certain classes were not being taught on campus and I had to have 4 credit hours each module for VA benefits. So in one single day the charged me $16,200 this was due to the school would have charged this amount over the remanding 6 to 12 months left in my program. I was okay with paying the amount if I would have landed a job immediately after graduating. However this is not the case. Now they keep calling from time to time about paying the bill and I do not have the money to pay it.

Complaint 3: False Advertisement- In radio commercials it was stating that you will be working in the career field of your choice upon graduating. I am proof that this is false. I now work for a temp company called IES making $9.00 an hour for the last 2 months. I have been working at Lifetime Product as a machine operator, doing back breaking labor. I cannot afford to pay my bills on this salary.  How am I supposed to pay my student loans in December? Now they continue to keep calling me week after week asking me to pay something towards this.

The Job leads that the school have sent me on, lead me nowhere. First was Kelly services that sent me out on 2 different jobs that turned out they lost the contract for those jobs months before sending on the job. I have 3 interviews with programming firms each hiring manager said the same thing, “You lack the knowledge needed for an entry level position. “ This experience has shown me two things: I was not trained to the industry standard, and the books were outdated. I have been working with the department of workforce services and we were able to repair my resume. However due to the poor education I did receive, I will not be able to find anyone that is willing to hire me.

I have one company that is still interested in me but I have serious doubts that I will be able to keep the job if they can ever provide me with a start date. This job is core dependant on 2 benefactors. First, Funding needs to open for an expansion slot on Hill, AFB. Second, my investigation package must not come back as a possible security threat due to debt issue.
