Stillman Law Offices They DO NOT Want to negociate with my Debt consolodation company!!! West Bloomfield, Michigan Michigan

I have a Debt Consolidation company to handle my credit card debt. All of the credit card companies have been notified that this company is handling my debt.

Bank of America is one of the companies that I owe money to. I have tried to talk to them, But they don't want to talk.

They handed my debt to Frederick J. Hanna in Atlanta, Georgia. they did not want to talk to my debt Consolodation Company either! This law firm then handed my case over to the Michigan firm of Michael R. Stillman.

These people do not want to talk with me and or my Debt Consolodation Company. Instead they went to the National Arbitration and they sided with the Law Firm.

My original debt was around $17,500.00. Now with all of the fees that Bank of America and Stillman law offices have tacked onto my account the want almost $25,000.00

First this law firm of Michael R. Stillman sent me a notice of debt, Which I faxed to my debt consoldation company. The law office would not talk to them.

Then I received a summons that was filed by this law office. that has expired (I think).

Then I received a WRIT of GARNISHMENT !!!! Neither of which were signed by the Judge.This law office proceeded to contact the company I work for and tell them that a judgement was made for them to Garnish my wages!!! They proceeded to take 25% from my check every two weeks.

I was making just enough money to pay my bills and send money to my Debt Consolodation Company. Today to make matters worse I received a notice to appear before the Judge for a PRE TRIAL HEARING!!!

This law firm and I use the term very loosely appears not to really want to settle this debt!!! They bent on adding fees to my debt to increase the amount!!!
I can NOT AFFORD a Laywer to help me nor can I afford one to even file for Bankruptcy.No bank it seems really wants to settle debts. they just like to add fees to your debt and try to take away everything you have ever worked for, Including anything you might earn in the future.

I have no one to turn to and No one seems to wants to help.

Hopefully someone might read this and never do business with this Bank.

My credit card was originally not with Bank of America. It was with FIA. MBNA bought them and Bank of America bought MBNA.
