do not rent at stone canion apartments in arlington texas, for u wont be at peace. since day one i had moved here, maintnance had to get into my unit   with or without me there all the time , and every other week there s problems and leaks and heavy maintnance issues. another tenant kicked and slammed a little 5 pound min pin up against a brickwall becouse she had run towards him, than by that same person i got rattet out, than was harassed to pay a petdeposit of 300 dollars right away , or they would 'evict me ' as they than threatend me, after i just had payed them the rent. than the following day the amount of the pet deposit changed and went up another 50 dollars.

they had allso confirmed that they where not going to refund 150 dollars of the deposit no matter a pet did actual damage or not...

i than canceld the rentcheck/ thank god it wasn t to late.... than they ones again had to shut the water supply of all day on nov 16 th 2012,like every week all most  /and 10 hours later all neighbors had water again /including my downstars neighbors but the did not let me have water again.maintnance as usual doesn t speak english and is coniving and instructet to do strange things.

do not rent here if u like pets or your peace, this life here has been pure terror. i m forced to break the lease, and am moving.
