than when it comes to signing the lease the story changes, and when you r in a bind, they break to you that you have to pay the water additionally.
usually, by than you allready signed half of the lease,put money down and are pressured and don t have a choice..
on a friday nite around 8 pm they have maintnance cut of your water in an attempt to humiliate and pressure someone that did nt pay the 25 dollars to pay the next day while being out of water all nite regardless if someone wants to pay the following day.
very coniving.maintnance and leasing agents let them selfes into your apt. while you are not there without the required 24 hour notice. this is not a good place to live.
