Stores Online ripoff Orem Utah

I have been trying to deal with this company in a professional manner for three years. They sent my file to a genleman called Ron Craddock in California. He told me I could send half the store fronts I bought back and they would cut my debt in half. I did that and kept the receipt for the certified mail and began sending them post dated cheques. They cashed the checks regularly and then all of a sudden sent the contract to a collection agency in Vancouver called Travellers Acceptance for the whole amount. They started taking the payment out of my account. I called them and told them about sending back the store fronts and they cut my payment in half.

I thought everything was in order untel today when I received another call from Nick 1-800-429-2578 wanting to talk about the amount owing on my contract. The problem seems to be getting anyone to put something in writing and they just keep hounding me. I have htried to be up front with them but they are not with me.
