My original report of June 30th has now had so many updates I thought it wiser to file a whole new report for ease in reading. I do, however, urge anyone reading this report to check out my 6/30 report and all the various updates for a clear picture of what has transpired. The problem with our website's totally blank links page that started on July 3rd (following 4 days when Links4Trade's server was down) wasn't rectified until July 15th! It took twelve days -TWELVE DAYS - for these incompetent fools to correct a predicament of their own making. We, the paying subscriber, had to endure a completely blank page, then a page with only a fraction of our Links Partners shown, followed by a page that ended with only half of a Partner's description, and then a daily surprise: would our Links Page be correct, would all of our partners be listed, would ANY of our partners be listed? Throughout this ordeal, our page footer remained fouled up. I had to contact Links4Trade on a daily basis - a toll call from Florida to Utah - and finally gave them 24 hours to correct the problem or I would have no recourse but to take punitive action. In the meantime Links Partners were sending me angry e-mails demanding to know why I removed their links from our links page and threatening to remove our link from their links page. I told each and every one the problem rested solely and exclusively with SOL and Links4. After SOL and Links4 finally stopped blaming each other for the snafu (what on earth did these two supposedly professional companies do for TWELVE days?)the page footer reverted to the proper format, as my husband had originally programmed it, and all our partners were listed. BUT, what began as an alphabetical listing deteriorated: all new link partners were simply thrown in at random, no order, no alphabetizing. It looks inefficient, childish and downright ugly. And here's another little tidbit: SOL/PMI/Links4 markets their Link Trading program as being the latest in technology and those of us who were idiotic enough to buy into it were promised we would have a total of 400 link partners, which, we were told,is essential for Search Engine indexing. Again, as innocents, we believed and trusted them. However, while it is true websites do need to have some links, most SE's consider sites with an overabundance of partners (400 would qualify as an overabundance, don't you think?) to be "spamming" and will not, absolutely will not, be indexed!! Isn't it amazing how we've been programmed for failure? How grand it will be when we finally extricate ourselves from their clutches. Now, here's the biggie: PMI did send us the promised refund paperwork which we promptly turned over to our attorney. Our attorney has assured us the document is legally binding and if our money isn't promptly refunded, PMI will be in default and will be subject to collection attempts. Of primary importance, though, is a specific time frame/date for when the funds will be received. PMI didn't indicate when we can expect the refund, which they must do. Here, too, our lawyer stated if PMI refuses to establish a quick time frame they will be subject to further action. I will be contacting PMI this afternoon to inform them of this and will update this report with their response. Our attorney also said any and all victims of this fraudulent scam should file reports with any and all avenues open to them. In addition to the Rip-off Report contact your state's Attorney General, your states's Dept. of Consumer Services, notify your local TV stations Our attorney also said to be sure to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. It has been so gratifying to hear from many of our fellow victims. and would be very happy to share everything I've learned. Let's all hang tough! Together we can - and WILL - make a difference. Enough of us have already suffered; let's make sure there aren't any more decent people hoodwinked by these shameful frauds. Pamela Sanford, Florida

We got our money back from PMI Coaching!!! $8,709.00!

AUTHOR: Pamela - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 09, 2003

Just wanted everyone to know we received a full refund from PMI Coaching, a total of $8,709.00! I do believe they were afraid of me and were willing to pay to shut me up. I also think my refusal to be drawn into their insulting mind games played a big part in our success. As difficult as it was, I never traded insult for insult, never raised my voice, and never threatened.

Taking the moral highground certainly paid off. I wholeheartedly wish each and every other victim of the fraud perpetrated by PMI and StoresOFFLine the same success we realized. Keep filing reports everywhere you can, get the word out and above all, DON'T GIVE UP. Our collective voices speak volumes.

The very best to all..
