straight talk customer service Tracfone Phones never work 9700 NW 112th Avenue , Florida

my phone will not work I have been on the phone with straight talk also knowing at TRAC-FONE for over 1 hr. what they want to do is send me a return label in 3-5 days then send my phone back to them then that will be about 3-5 days there. then they will send me another phone in 3-5 day so all together 15 days with out a phone. when I can go with out a phone just as anyone elsc can. what is wrong with them. I have talked to 5 people and still didn't get anyplace... I called 2x numbers 1800-876-5753 was told the CEO dont take calls His name FREDICK J POLLAK I DO BELIEVE HIS NUMBER IS 805-560-0777 or so thats the # i was giving in the line of this call.. still nothing she was going to email him. ya right like i would believe that. so I still have this phone that wont work.. this is also under net 10.. I want my phone fixed and not send out the one i'm using till i get one in my hands i can use now.. thats not much to ask for when i pay for my severs...
