Straight Talk wireless when I make a phone call I can hear people but they cant hear me Straight Talk wireless told me that I need to call them to see how their service was  Internet

  I called Straight Talk wireless to fix a problem that I was having for my galaxy s pro client I will call people and I can hear them but they can hear me. Straight Talk told me to call them see how their service was after I repeatedly told them that we both were in good service area they nor did me and told me the same thing again. I read on straight talk wireless forms that people were having the same problem .I told Straight Talk wireless rap that. and she said it could not be my phone that I need to call the people that was talking to and see how their service was .after the 5th time of telling him I wash my hands of them. stay away from st phone
