i had contacted straight talk as i needed to get a new sim card to change my phone number to a new number. they had sent me a new card. boom. didnt work called them back. got sent another card. boom. called their little crap customer service number and tried to get card activated for my phone. the lady said it was activated and ready to go...... nothing....... does not work. i have tried calling and talking to a live person of this oh so respectable multi million dollar company. i have suffered through crazy amounts of stress due to this. i live in a rural area and this is our only phone!!!!!! i am having a child. i was a loyal customer for years and sent people their way. i am pissed and want blood!!!! i am sick of american companies not treating us like we matter.  and i would love to sue these guys and desperately need help in doing so. i dont care that the card cost 45 bucks. the anquish and trouble ive gone through for the past several weeks is worth $150,000 to me. and i know i wont get that but i want this company to pay for their actions and maybe give just a little bit better service! WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO!?!?!?!?! I HAVE TRIED CALLING AND EMAILLING AND NOTHING!!!!!! please help. i want to sue them!

so i keep receiving calls and emails from totally different people and nothing get done. my time is valuable and these people think everyhting is a big joke and its ok to f*** people over. i want help suing these guys.

Ive had a phone call and several emails sent to me and nothing is getting done. My phone works now. Its the service that was beyond crappy and  the bs i had to go thrpugh to do that. The time and money lost.  I wold like to file a class action lawsuit. They claim the best customer service. The only time ive had any help is since ive filed this report.  They want to resolve the issue but how can you fix lost time?
