Jason Miller's Strategic Sorcery course was highly recommended by several people. So after reading a couple of his books I decided to sign up. If you've read any of his books, you know grammatical errors and mispelling abounds. He has a number of excuses for this and I was willing to overlook it due to the recommendations. But, it is the same with the course. He's said he will have someone go through to proofread and edit them, but that has not happened. More than that, the errors make it difficult to understand what is being said in some of the lessons. One in particular the sentence just drops off in the middle. You will likely never get an answer from him as to what was meant in the lesson even after numerous people asking about the same error.

I signed up for another course he offers that is given over audio and thankfully someone else put together the print materials, so there are less errors. The course is fairly expensive, with a montly cost of $100. It would be worth that amount if he appeared the slightest bit interested in teaching it, instead it appears he is not. There are over 50 people in this course alone, all paying $100 a month. The fact that he is so uninvolved in teaching is disgusting.

He is almost always on vacation! This would be fine except it means lessons and recorded Q&A sessions are frequently late. The lessons are prerecorded from over a year ago, so it's not like he has to spend time recording. He just has to send an email, but his vacations get in the way of doing that in a timely manner.

The Q&A sessions are often cringeworthy. If he doesn't understand a question he belittles it, or says he doesn't feel like answering it without any attempt to at least guess what it might mean and answer based on that (I've understood quite clearly what a number of these people were asking) or even ask that the person clarify it and resubmit the question. One session in particular he actually berated a student for having asked a question. In this case, in the previous Q&A he told the student to submit examples of what he wanted answered in detail. So, the student did as requested. Then in the next Q&A he gets the question and goes off on a tangent about how he is tired of being asked the same questions over and over again. The Q&A also consists of a lot of upselling his other course. "I could talk more about this but we go into it in part two" or "I could give you a more specific answer but you will have to buy a private consultation." This would be fine if I felt I would be getting what I was paying for. So far this has not been the case. I've talked to other students and one said they've had to email him 8 times once to finally get one answer. He had to hound him to get what he paid for.

He also offers the occasional live audio event which are also recorded and sold. I've only purchased one of them because the topics listed that he would cover in the call were of interest. When I listened to it he didn't even cover all of those topics and on at least one of them he says, "I don't want to go too much into this and will save it for next time." So, he sold this audio by stating he was going to discuss this topic, but now he doesn't want to discuss it and instead wants everyone to spend more money for him to talk about it?

He even sold physical product that was to be shipped right before he went on vacation for three months. Guess who had to wait over three months to receive their orders?

So I guess this isn't entirely a ripoff. His work is just very half-a****. He's made it abundantly clear that he's not really interested in teaching, he is interested in the money made by offering to teach so he can go on vacation. I haven't seen any attempt to delegate the work so the people who have paid him receive what they paid for in a timely fashion, so it's clear he sees nothing wrong with this.

Let this serve as a warning if you are considering studying with him.

I am unfortunately having a similar experience. The content is very solid and the practice is amazing, but the course is poorly managed. It is explicitly stated that all questions will be answered. Mine are not. My emails are not responded to, although I follow his guidelines. My request to join the Facebook group he set up for the course has been ignored for weeks, although I submitted the password he provided. All of my attempts to reach out to him have been futile. Meanwhile, he is posting memes and idle content on his personal Facebook page. I don't mind the typos, but there is misinformation and conflicting information throughout the course website, the text-based course materials, and the course audio. It gets confusing and this makes the need for two-way communication all the more essential. The course is very dense and leaves room for many questions. Trying to get answers from him has been a frustrating and invalidating experience. The course itself is fantastic and I do not think he is a bad guy, but he can be unecessarily rude and he does not deliver what he promises to all of his students. At the end of the day he is still getting paid, I suppose most of his students are happy, and his reputation is maintained, so I'm guessing this is good enough for him. I was considering taking more of his courses but after this experience I do not want to give him more of my money.

Jason Miller Does not care about his Students Strategic Sorcery LLC

AUTHOR: Janie - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, July 07, 2018

Jason Miller recently refunded my money for his course Strategic Sorcery. But before he kicked me out of his group he cursed me out and called me names. He also attached cords to my chakras points in the begin when I signed up for his course and he pushed his negative energy into me. I confronted him about the cords of attachment on a message and he would not respond back to me about the cords he attached to me. He called me a Lunatic Psychic. He cursed me out and called me multiple names. I told him I was coming from a place of Love when I messaged him about the remote veiwing of him and his kid I saw & was my pisting in his course a problem. He cursed me out badly in response to my questions. He told me I was crazy and a Lunitic because I had visions about his children. I never belittled him but he was quick to call me alot of ugly names. And I never told him I had a vision about his children.

But he kept saying over and over again about visions and his children and how I said I saw this. I later messaged him about this and he could care less if I said remote veiw of his 1 kid or not saying this. He does not like to admitt he is wrong. His EGO is enormous. I wondered about Jason's Sobriety as I see him posting pictures on his Facebook book page getting his drink on. Boozing it up. I am sober. I don't drink alcohol or smoke cigs or do drugs. I wonder if Alcohol and a very big ego could be at play when Jason decided to make fun of and belittled me in a message in which we shared that resulted in him kicking me out of his course Strategic Sorcery. Jason does not care about his Students if He did he would never had pulled my energy and pushed all his ugly negative energy into me through cords of attachments and he would never had belittled me by calling me names on messenger if he really cared about me or any of his students. This Student from Alabama is completely right in the fact that Jason does not care at all about his students.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

I care very much about students and did not rip anyone off.

First let me start by saying I regret that you had such a negative experience with my courses. Some of what you say has truth to it, and I will use it to examine my processess. The Course needs editing, products have taken to long to get shipped, However, as you yourself note, no one has been ripped off.

In fact, I searched through my e-mails looking for someone asking for their money back and didnt find anything. I went on the course forum and asked to be contacted if anyone felt ripped off, and no one responded yet. If I missed it, please contact me for a full refund. I have ZERO Interest in taking anyones money that is unhappy with my teachings or methods.

On the Arcane Audio you mention where I did not cover every topic mentioned, the reason was that I added something in its place, and need to keep to the stated time. I am, as always, prepared to give a refund if you are unhappy.

You are right that I need to find a way to delegate more work, but considering the personal nature of the work I do that can be difficult,

I am in fact VERY interested in teaching, and have delivered the lessons I promised, the Q and A's I promised, and the support from other students has been incredible. over 1400 people have taken the Strategic Sorcery Course, over 200 have taken the audio courses you mention and as you note, students recommend them highly.

Again, my deepest apologies for your negative experience. Please contact me personally so that I can fix it and refund you anything you feel you are owed.

Sincerly,

Jason Miller
