Stripe Go Fund Me Go Fund Me Stripe Ripped me off Internet

I started a Go fund me account to recoup losses to my business from a theft. At first Go fund me seemed to be a great help in advertising my situation and getting some help. I was given 1500 british pounds from family members right away and I was very grateful.

There was a deposit to my bank account for 555 pounds. Then the email from stripe came in.

We've noticed that you have processed charges that seem to be unauthorized--in order to make charges with credit and debit cards, the owner of the card must consent to the charge. The following charges on your account will be refunded back to the cardholder within 5-7 business days. They may take longer to appear on the cardholder's statement.

I'm sorry that your Stripe service will be ending so abruptly, but our hands are tied in this situation.

I started trying to get this resolved and got generic automated or totally useless responces from both Stripe and gofund me. They set it up so I was in and endless loop of useless information and instructions. 

 That was in May, It's now July and Stripe is still ignoring my emails and go fund me is still feeding me the patronizing useless information that they started with.

 Out of 1500 pounds I raised, 200 was refunded to one doner, 555 was put into my account and 648 is left in their holding account and I have absolutly no recourse in the matter.

 I believe Stripe is going to try to keep these funds.
