I have a website through Big Commerce and have been getting payment processed through Paypal. Never a problem. I saw Stripe advertizing on my website under the setting as payment. They (Stripe) says it only takes 5 mins to sign up and start accepting credit cards now. Well I am happy with Big Commerce so I thought sure why not. I gave them my bank information and boom, that was it. So I thought. Stripe says they will depost the money on a weekly basis. Everything was fine for a couple of months. Till I checked my bank and realized their should have been more deposits. I trust people to do their job. So I dont check all 4 emails all the time. I went into the email that I signed up on Stripe and sure enough they stopped depositing my money. I replied back and they told me to update my information.

So for the first time, I found the Strip website and made my password and entered the account. I found they stopped deposting the money. Updated my information since I have never entered into their business website. After another month. I started getting disputes. I thought to myself, no big deal, once in a blue moon, I get one from paypal. All I have to do is tell them the tracking number to prove it was delivered. Stripe thanks me for the information and says it takes 45days to make a decision so they froze my account. Got another dispute after another. Totalling over 6 grand. I was able to call FedEx and stop one of the shipments since it was to the same guy that filed a dispute. To make the long story short. I lost 4 grand of merchantdise and Stripe claims I owe them almost 2 grand.

I closed my bank account and they say, we can't seem to get the 2 grand out of your account it seems that you closed your bank account, please log on and give us your new bank account so we can take out the 2 grand you owe us. I gave them my personal information and asked them to give me their's. They said to only contact them through e-mail. They won't give me a phone number to call. The things they do makes me feel that they are part of the credit card scams because their story don't add up. They say the credit card that was used was in the U.S. but I can see the person who placed the order was in another country. They tell me to go into the account and changed the setting to only accept credit cards with address that matches and the person has to put in the number from back of the card. Escuse me?

Why wasn't that the default setting to begin with. One guy ordered 2 times and I told them well how can you say I lost all my disputes when it's clear as day when he's disputing one order and you can see he has ordered again, why hasn't the second one been disputed yet, it's within the same credit card billing cycle. Then they send me an e-mail saying I think the second order is fradulate and you need to refund their money. I laughed and told them you froze my account, You never deposited the money to me, how can I refund them the money. And why did it take you this long to finally send me an e-mail about fradulate orders. I can't believe I lost all that merchandise and for them to tell me I still owe them 2 grand. And I lost all my disputes even though I had prove of tracking number and even an e-mail of the customer saying they got the merchandise. I would not recommend Stripe.

Thanks
