This cabling company is completely bogus and a scam.

They place ads on the internet, and then do not want to treat you legit after they hire you. The owner is a racist from Pakestan. There are a bunch of us techs that are not being paid overtime...There are no benefits, no holidays. if you need to call in sick they dock your pay. They force you to write down that you work 40 hours per week on a bogus time sheet, but all of us work 15-20 hours over that. They also pay us by the piece, which is called piecerate.Is anyone out there listenin? can a lawyer help out? I don't have money, but maybe some of us techs can join up and sue this corrupt slave driver. Structured Cabling Solutions, also known as SCS has contracts with miami dade county public schools. How can anyone especially a company get away with this? I heard that companies that get contracts are supposed to be legit?

 He runs the company like Fidel castro. one of the former techs said that the department of the labor is investigating them. Can anybody help!!!
