Bought "season tickets" for 2013/2014 basketball season and lo and behold when the tickets show up they were only for 1 game and were missing the other 19 games. These guys are a complete scam!
After numerous conversations with customer service they've offered let me keep the tickets (gee thanks!! That unc Asheville game should be great!!) and to send me a stub hub coupon for the value of the tickets. Are you kidding me?!?!
I have repeatedly asked why they refuse to stand by their guarantee and have been told that they "wouldn't be able to stay in business if they stood by their guarantee every time someone got scammed on their site." Here's a link to an article where the head of US communication clearly states their policy but this was obviously a lie and they only stand by their guarantee in the instance that they call out for being complete frauds in front of a large audience. http://deadspin.com/stubhub-cancels-6-world-series-ticket-sale-gives-guy-1450167818
I think paying a scalper on craigslist by western union is safer than doing business with Stub Hub. They are a complete scam. Stay Away!!
