The pizza ordered was for pick up and when I got home I was shocked. This was not a pizza, this was thick bread with barely anything on toppings. I called and spoke to Alma requesting a refund and she said yes full refund as long as I brought the pizza back.
Then she started arguing with me and eventually I said I am not driving all the way back to give them the pizza, so she offered a delivery driver to pick it up. She also stated she had to receive the pizza back ( since her manager was not there) in order to refund the money.
As soon as the driver picked it up, he told me Alma said to give her a call. She started yelling over the phone threatening that I should have brought it back myself and now they will not give me the refund. And if I have a problem with it then I can take it up with her manager when he gets back in the office. Really sickening this poor customer service! Over $24.00 dollars wasted. Hope karma comes back to this lady and the business!
