stylemall sent me knock off product,first use fell apart unknown, Internet

 I am writing this report to warn people about a company called stylemall.com,hairstylemall.com I ordered a (Farouk CHI Pink Dazzle 1'' Ceramic Flat Iron Hair Straightener) that fell apart the first time used. It was listed as a $219.99 for ($59.89) good deal rite, well you know the old saying if it sounds to good to be true it probably isent true. anyway i ordered it for my daughter fell apart first time used and dident work. i understand this sometimes happens so i send in for a request of return and refund.
i waited for one week dident receive a responce, so i emailed a second time,they dont show a phone number to call also their online chat is always offline. so finally i get an e-mail from a David Lee not stylemall.com asking me to pay-pal this person 18.00 dollars to send me another flat iron. first of all im not going to do that. It is obvious that this site is middle man for anybody that wants to sell there product online. and are not doing quality assessment of the products. also you cant leave feedback on the store it self.

In closing i would strongly suggest not doing buss: with this site i myself am going to eat this purchase
but i am letting other people know about what this site did to me. bottom line
