Subway Hired me and worked me for 2 weeks straight, no days off, no training, and no paycheck. They have numerous shortages at that store and theft is going on with employees and managers. I still have not received a pay check for working, and I want it now. Macon Georgia

This store here in Macon, Ga. Subway has ripped me off. They hired me at this store because she saw an intelligent, grown, woman with a college background, who just needed part time work, to be very sociable and willing to work. The manager immediately hired me. I started working, with no training. I did alot of watching and I saw things that were not right in the store. I noticed they had alot of shortages, money missing, food cost was sky high, they had employees that were closing stores at times that were inappropriate for their ages. They had employees having their friends hang out at the store during business hours and after business hours. The manager knew it and told me to watch for certain employees. After working 2 weeks with no day off, she (manager) decided to take me off the schedule with no notice and no pay. I still have not received my pay check and am about to contact the better business bureau. She knew I figured out what was going on at that store and would do something about it. She was very unprofessional as a manager. She did not know how to communicate well with people.

She needs and others need to be replaced, and I am more than positive that store will have better sales and more customers. They had lots of complaints of the attitudes of the workers, and closing the store too early.
I want something done and I need my paycheck today.
