I went to a real estate event. I decided to pay the $2K go to their next event. They gave me what I thought was good information, but this is where it started to get bad. They wanted even more money to get into the program. They told us that if we didn't have the money, to just put it on credit cards and actually showed us how to obtain new cards and use that money to pay for their program and made it sound like we would be making enough money within just a couple of months to pay off the credit cards and more.

They said that my life would have a huge turnaround. At the time I was going through a divorce, so I was looking for ways to earn money for my kids and I. You might say that I was in a desparate spot, going from two incomes down to one and being a single mom.

They had three programs choose from. The most expensive included real estate software that we could use for a year. But it was very expensive to renew, but they said it would be worth it because we would be making so much money by then. From there, I went to a "Boots On The Ground" event. The "education program" was another $5K, I went to the "summit" in Las Vegas (included). I purchased 2 pieces of land in another state and a rental in my state out of my retirement. However I did take out a loan to cover part of the rental.

A year later, I discover that the rental that I purchased was not worth what I paid for it. All in all, I have lost over $55,000 with this company. I was never able to make the money with this company. They said that we could use "Insider's Cash" but once I got deeper into the program, I discovered that Insider's Cash will only loan you the money to purchase a house and will not loan you the money to fix the house, you need to cover that yourself. But after paying for their program by using credit cards, I had no money to access to fix a house. Now I can't get a loan to save my life. I had a credit score of over 750 before I started, now my credit score is around 565 and I've had to deal with crediters because I can't keep up. I am doing everything I can not to go bankrupt!!!

I feel like I was preyed upon because of my situation and hopes for a better life for my kids and I. What I got was almost being bankrupt and having to work two jobs just to almost make ends meet. Instead of having more time with my kids (one of the things they talked about) I have less time because I am always working.
