10 months ago, in Feb of 2014, I bought a stone, over the internet from Sue Strand, for $273.28. I paid via Paypal.  She never sent the stone. In a June, 2014 email from Sue Strand, she acknowledges that she failed to deliver the merchandise, yet here we are in December, after 10 months, and Sue Strand refuses to refund the purchase.

Paypal only allows 45 days to file a dispute, and Sue Strand, uses this to her advantage.  A simple Google search shows that Sue Strand and crystalsrocksandgems dot com has ripped off a lot of customers. The Better Business Bureau gives the "crystalsrocksandgems" company an "F" rating -- as in; Do Not Do Business with crystalsrocksandgems dot com. Sue Strand owns Soldis, Soldisgifts.com and crystalsrocksandgems.com.  Her physical store, Soldis, is located at a kiosk in the Colorado Mills Mall, Between Eddie Bauer & Saks 5th Ave, Section 1, 14500 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO 80401 and they list their phone number on thier web site as 720.240.4614
