Sugar Synch Cancelled Service Online and By Phone and Account Continues to be Debited Monthly San Mateo California
I have cancelled my monthly service for cloud services with SugarSynch 3'times over the last year online, by e-mail request and by phone and the company continues to debit my account. I requested an e-mail confirmation of my request to cancel on my last contact with the company and was promised a refund. i received the cancellation e-mail and no refund one full month later. As of yesterday, my account was again debited for Sugarsynch service. This company refuses to acknowledge or provision any and all of my request to cancel service.
