Like other ripoff reports I have read against this company, my wife and I first attended a travel presentation where we were asked to buy into a travel club. The people at this presentation advised us if we sat through their one hour presentation we would receive two gifts: a cruise for up to 7 days and a 3 night trip with air fare and hotel. After the presentation a representative tried to get us buy a package which my wife and I refused. This is where I should have followed my gut as to how this might all be a scam. The representative became rude and unfriendly and threw the letter on how to receive the free gifts on our table.

I took the letter home and after a few weeks I decided to send in the initial deposit, which was $99 per person and was to be applied toward the cost of the cruise, and a non-refundable $75 fee for activation. I was then sent a second letter to send in with our choice of cruise destinations. My wife and I chose a eastern Carribean cruise for Jan 2015 and sent the letter in with an additional $49 per person service fee. As with other reports I did not here back from the company for several weeks and today I finally receive a call, The representative tells me she had a quote for the Jan 2015 sailing and that I would have to send in an additional $659 per person because it was a peak travel date. I told her I had already paid $371 for what was supposed to be a free trip and she stated that I was never offered a free trip by her company and that I would have to contact the company that did the travel presentation if I had any complaints. I told her that I wanted $296 of the $371 I had given them due to $75 non refundable fee and she stated she could not send any money back as it was all non refundable due to a 30 day allowable time to cancel. I advised her that I had not even accepted the quote and wanted the money sent back to me. She stated that no money would be sent and I advised her I would have my attorney contact her, She stated to get in line as nothjing would be done.

I am willing to start a class action suit against these people if I can get enough people to join me. I will continue to monitor this site for others who would like to file a suit. These people think that they are dealing with uneducated people and can take advantage of people. I do have a law enforcement background and can speak with people if I can get a class action suit started.
