I have used this "Travel Agency" before and had decent results. That being said, I have never managed to actually get what I paid for and was promised. The last trip was the final straw for me. First off, I have never paid even the highest listed fare for first class on Tina's web site at Sunline Travel. The first clue should have been the Web Site. If you notice the pictures they are all very poor Stock Photos of Private Jet Aircraft! There are no actual Airline Pictures. Sunline does not offer Private Jet Aircraft. 

The trick Tina pulls is that she quotes you say $5,000.00 for first class roundtrip, then she explains rather convincenly that due to rapidly changing availability that the return portion of the trip should be booked with her a day or two before the return portion of travel. You of course pre-pay for the whole thing round trip up front. Tina then goes through elaborate detail on how she just can't get you first class all the way back on the return until you are so frusterated that you accept either partial or full business class all the way, or fly on off peak (Cheaper Points) days and times.

The other MAJOR factor is that she ONLY HAS UNITED MILES. If you are really, really lucky you can convince her to possibly get you on a Star Alliance Partner Airline. She (Tina) gets pissed off because this cost her more mileage points that she has prepaid for at a discount to frequent fliers that are mostly Asian or Indian Business Travelers. I have flown with Sunline many times and I have NEVER got what I asked for, nor have I EVER paid what was originally quoted. 

Tina if you are reading this you should know that you thought you got away with screwing me over yet one more time. if you keep screwing people over like that at least 1 of us is going to have enough and actually do something about it. 

The bottom line is that regardless of the attitude you will get from Tina, the games, the price manipulation, the lying, and the long layovers, Sunline DOES save you money. You just better be sure that you are willing to fly on United Airlines which is continually ranked as the worst airline in the US, and 1 of the top 10 worst airlines in the world (#3). You will never fly on Virgin, Delta, American, or any Airline NOT in the Star Alliance. 

BUYER BEWARE....

Tina - Revenge really is a dish best served cold, you have screwed me over and lied to me for the last time. And yes, I found another "travel Agency" that has better prices and actually gets me what I ask for using the same methods you do. The difference is that they get me what I pay for and don't lie or play games.

Hi, 

Thank you so much for using Sunline Travel Inc in the past. I'm glad you have had decent results.

I would like to start off by stating that I, Tina, have NEVER downgraded a passenger from the requested cabin once he has paid in full. If a situation like this ever arises I would voluntarily refund him the different between first and business class price before I even ask him to travel back in business. 90% percent of our clients are REPEAT corporate cliients which expect the higheest quality of customer service. We would not be in business if our standard was any lower the the highest. We have been in business for past 17+ years and have been gaining repeat clientelle every year.

In your third paragraph you state that we only have United Airline miles and that we always book on UA - also that UA is not a Star Alliance member. For your information United Airlines IS a Star Alliance member. I would suggest you go to their website and see for yourself. We use ALL major airlines. It must be that the routes you requested are flown by United and its partners the most. I cannot help but offer the best deal even if it is on United, a Star Alliance member. You also claim that you never received what you got for and always paid more than what was quoted. If that was the case, why did you repeatedly use Sunline Travel and not take your business elsewhere? We must have been doing something right to keep you as a customer. 

We offer all the airlines - you claim that we do not use (Delta, Virgin, American, etc.). We would not be in business if we didn't. 

Finally, like you said, Sunline does save you money. We are very sorry that you didn't have a pleasant experience with us and we would like to welcome you to try us again.

 

P.S. Thank you for pointing our website stock photo issue. We are not trying to deceive anyone - it was just an oversight.
