I used this company thinking they would be able to help my defaulted loan status. They took my money but did not even file the consolidation. How I found out that they did not file it was when I checked my credit report and no change was seen. I called the loan company that originally had my loan and they told me that it was initially started but Sunrise Student Loan Services did not remit the documents on time and that my loan went back to being defaulted once again. So now I am looking to get a refund from these people. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
