Unbelievably BAD. Do not trust your important shipments to this company. They do NOT stand behind their service. We began using them, and almost immediately a $2,000 shipment of signs was completely destroyed. The customer we shipped them to in Virginia sent pictures upon receipt which I forwarded immediately to Sunset. They apologized and said they would get a claim filed for the loss. MONTHS went by...I mean it, months. Finally after I kept asking they told me that the claim was denied. WHAT??? They just denied it.

 

So...I am out $2,000 because these clowns don't stand behind their own service. And guess what? They are actually sending a collection company after me because I refused to pay their shipping bill for it! What a joke. DO NOT USE SUNSET TRANSPORTATION if you value the items you are shipping or the relationships with your customers...they will lose both for you. This is the worst shipping company in the St. Louis region. Use ANYONE else.

This company has used our services as well yet has failed to make paymeny for the $3000.00 for transporting their loads and has stopped replying to email or messages we have left. Do you have their MC# or USDOT#?
