I visited Super Car Wash on a Sunday afternoon after church services. I drove my SUV and my son followed behind me in his SUV, we lined up and paid for the super car wash the price was $12.00 per car. As we were exiting and the automobiles were being dried I noticed the sign that you get a free vacuum with the super wash.  I tipped the employees for doing a good job drying the vehicles and told them I’m going to drive back around and take advantage of the free vacuum.

The issue of customer service was as we were exiting again the employees jumped in front of my vehicle to block me from leaving saying I was taking a cut in the line. I explained I am not cutting the line there’s only one exit line and I am exiting because I received the towel dry service previously.  I explained that I just tipped you and told you no longer than 5 minutes ago I was going back for the free vacuum offer.  There were three employees now standing in front of my vehicle not moving. I had to get out of my vehicle as well as my son and ask them to move or I would call the police.  The customer behind me got out of his car to tell the employees can’t you see the car has just been cleaned get out of the way and let these people exit, other people in the line started honking their horns because the Super Car Wash employees would not move.

I was about to become very upset when my wife got out of the vehicle and started video taping the employees and my son was calling the local police when the 3 finally moved from in front of my vehicle. As we were finally exiting after conversing with them for 10 minutes we heard a racial slur and we then understood what their issue was and why they thought we were cutting the line.

Super Car Wash should train their employees better on customer service and implement discrimination policies and procedures. If you offer a service and a customer takes advantage of the offer and re-enters the lot do not make it difficult to exit to the point of your employees blocking the exit drive because they believe a customer is cutting the line.

Imagine 10 minutes arguing with people to move away from standing in front of your vehicle and having to call the police after paying $24.00 for a car wash!!!!!!!
