In 2006 I injuried my hand at work a 60 ton press came down on it.  We needed a new car so I could go to my doctors appointments.  My credit wasn't great so we went to Superior Auto.  They had us in a car within the day.  The car we bought broke down 2 days later.  I said I wanted to return the car due to buyer's remorse.  They said that you can't do that in Indiana and came and towed the car.  Two weeks go by and I get a call from the Ford dealership in Crawfordsville In.

saying that Superior had sent the car there and that the problem was the stering column I told them it wasn't my problem cause I have returned the car because of buyer's remorse.  They said they wanted to let me know and that they would testify that Superior Auto had decieded to send the car to a junk yard to get the part put in and that they highly recommend that the company do not do that due to saftey reasons.  Anyway another 2 weeks goes by and Superior Auto drops the car off in front of my house.  I asked what they were doing and they said like we told you before buyer's remorse does not exist.

Having no choice my wife started driving the car 2 days later when it died on her.  Superior Auto took the car for 3 months trying to repair it and fianlly sent it back saying it was just a dead battery.  My wife took the car out that day to go to the store it died on her that day and she had to walk 3 miles to get home with our twin girls. I had my mom take me to town that day got a loan for a new Ford at the Ford dealership.  When I got home Superior Auto called me and asked what I wanted to do to try and get the car fixed I told them to shove it up their a*s.

I had already told you I didn't want the car  back because of buyer's remorse and you forced it down my throat I had the car paid for 6 months ahead when I went into the aggreement with you, and at the most we have been able to drive it for 5 days.  Now in 2011 when I go to check my credit report I find out that they sued me earlier this year.  Without sending any notice to me or giving me a chance to show up in court.  This company is a rip off.  My wifes friend bought a car from them and had simalar problems except she is paying for a car that does not run and can not be fixed now.
