Signed up for online computer repair service, it required membership enable me to access tech service 24/7 sound good since i ma tech chalenged and seems to have issues time to time but, after paying the money requested tech support after 20 minute or so tech person appeared on chat screen, he than had me download their software had me click thru couple of times told me computer will reboot on safemode and he will be there to asst m e after reboot, he/she never return left me helplessly bulnerable tech screen was still open with ticket id after six plus hors I gave up trying to get them to finsh what they strated, I try to get ahold of someone thru via email chat left several messages since trying off and on for exceeds of six plus hours continouse holding with not even return emial no responce what so ever try again today to hold of someone best chat message I got was they are growing too fast and can't handle all the request so to be patience they will assist when they can , if so why are they accepting customers knowing they cannot help you and why they can not even email back to you at least comminicate, they put out preloaded answer and disconnect me from chat line after TWO WHOLE DAYS!!! They are FRAUD!!!!
