BEFORE YOU SWITCH THINK REAL HARD.

A friend recommended that I switch to Supra, said he had been there for five years no problems. Said he saved money over Bellsouth, was skeptical, made the call anyway.

Called the company on a Friday because they had not switched my service in over two weeks. Bad mistake, came home from work and was getting calls intended for someone else's business. The owner of the business called me today and asked if I would give out his other number so he could keep getting calls. Besides being annoyed with being someone's answering service, I was not getting any calls from family, work or friends.

Called Supra's CSR, they said we will take a report and have someone get back to you. They didn't say 24-48 hours. All of the CSRs have very little English Speaking abilities. Had to repeat my information over and over. One lady tried to read from a script on her computer. She totally blew helping me.

The business owner I was answering calls for switched back to Bellsouth because of the incompetent service. His phone is back on tonight, mine is not. Supra obviously doesn't work on the weekends.

I WOULD THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU SWITCH TO SUPRA, YOU MIGHT SAVE A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS PER YEAR, BUT THE HEADACHE YOU WILL HAVE IS NOT WORTH ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY.
