I ordered a 2 wallet knives from this company for $4.95 shipping fee. I did not sign up for anything else. Now I see they have charged my bank account $19.95. This is an unauthorized charge! I cannot contact them as yet, as it is the weekend.

I am so sorry that you were charged for a membership that you did not want. We do give our customers a trial to our membership when they order certain items from us and if the trial is not canceled after the 14 day period the membership does charge your account. We do inform our customers of any membership trials on their account when they make the purchase but I do apologize that you were charged unknowingly.
