Susan Mahler Mckinney is a liar, a thief, a con, and manipulates any situation for financial gain… I must warn others to stay away from this person and those she associates with for fear that she will do the same to them as they did to us. She is without moral turpitude and continues to stalk us and our horses weeks after we’ve left the premises… she has refused to treat our horses instead stating that we forbad treatment- even though we have in writing requests to do so.

She has stolen our horse feed and hay telling us other people did. She makes plans to go to horse shows just to make money off of her boarders without proper training and she has claimed that we owed thousands in Board which- is again - a lie. We have receipts for the purchase of a stallion we paid for her as she didn’t have the money, as well as AHA memberships, supplies, etc. that we were never reimbursed for.

She owes US money.  She has neglected our horses by not feeding as we directed even though we’ve provided our own feed and hay- claiming our feed ”was crap”- yet 2 weeks after we left, all horses are at weight or better on the SAME feed and hay being fed as they should have been.  We paid for horse training that was never received, and she’s blamed us for their farm being in disrepair even though we’ve repaired some of the property of our own volition…  This woman is not reputable… Buyer Beware.
