This bogus company sent out certificates with face values of $400 on each certificate that is supposed to be redeemable for the chosen merchandise after the balance is paid. I sent the required balance for my laptop, but it has not been sent. My check was cashed because my bank statement indicated it. In addition, a copy of my check was made prior to being mailed but nothing has come my way. Also, there are no phone numbers to contact anyone and no emaill addresses for possible followup. My attorney is planning a class action lawsuit on this company so that future mishaps like this don't happen again. By the way, the laptop was a gift for a dying love one and the thought of her not getting it is going to make her condition even worse.

I have purchased items from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse and I have had no problems at all. I received the merchandise I ordered in a timely manner. They even let me switch from one item to another when the item I wanted was out of stock.
They also held the balance of my payment for future purchases. I never had a problem contacting them by phone or email. The contact info is on their website-

I am a returning customer to Sweepstakes Clearinghouse and have never had a problem w/ not receiving what I had ordered. I ordered a computer from there approximately a year ago and I am very satisfied w/ my new computer. It is even a refurbished one.
I have also ordered many other things from there and haven't had any
problems w/ them weather it be something that just wasn't what I wanted
or thought it was going to be or wasn't happy w/ the product. Most of all I always got my money back or what I order was definitely sent what I ordered!

I also got this scam sent to me. I wanted to check it out before I did anything with it. I read where a few of you have contacted a lawyer to assist you and you did not have an email address or phone number. I wanted to pass on what I found in case it may help....I did a search for this company and was taken to www.sweepstakesclearinghouse.com on their website I clicked on Contact Us and got this phone number and email address:

I did a reverse search on the phone number on whitepages.com and the phone number is listed as Sweepstakes Clearinghouse.
